The appartment has 3 rooms plus a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room that will be available is the one in the middle regarding the size. It also has a great advantage since it is located on the back of the building, so no city noises ever reach it. There is a big window facing the west, so sunlight is not an issue.
Right now Im living with my girlfriend in this room, it is small for two people but just fine for one. (The price for two is slightly higher then the annouced, which is for one person).
The room will come with a wardrobe, an office chair, a table, a shelf, courtains, two nights stands, a really good double bed (no matress), and a a chest of drawers. The total price for all furniture is 350 Euros, it also includes 1/3 off all shared kitchen furniture, utensils and silverware, which can later be sold as you leave.
The House has a really good location for students, it is 10minutes walking to ponttor. The jupp-mueller Strasse bus stop is less then 1 minute away walking, so that is also really convenient. A lidl supermarket is available less then 100m from the house, so groceries will never be a problem. The Aachen West train station is also just 12 minutes away by foot.
The two other residents are Gustavo and William, from Brazil and Indonesia respectivelly. We always have a good time talking in the kitchen about anything. We sporadically do board game nights, as all of us loves it.
We all are really clean people, and every two weeks we clean the appartment, and do a rotation on which tasks everyone does.
We are looking for a roomate which participates in our WG life at least a little, who takes cleaning tasks seriously and has a friendly personality. Please apply via WG Gesucht and we will do interviews after we receive enough candidates. Thank you!
