I am moving out and would like to find someone to take over my room. The room is 24 sqm and comes with a couch, bed, mattress, closet, office chair and table, which I'm offering for 300 euros.

The basement is available for extra storage space if necessary. There is a dedicated space in the backyard to park your bike as well if you have one.

The apartment is located in central Aachen and is in an ideal location: 2 minutes from the bus stop Scheibenstraße, 5 minutes from Penny, and 10 minutes from Aquis Plaza by foot. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a lively and convenient area to live in.

You'll be sharing the apartment with Jan and Romane, both of whom are students studying at FH Aachen. Both are kind, uncomplicated, and reserved individuals. I had a pleasant time sharing the apartment with them. It's a calm and friendly shared living environment.
