I, Alisa looking from 01.04 to 30.09. a subtender for my WG room. The room is about 20 sqm and gets a lot of natural light through two windows. Since the windows go out to the terrace, it is still protected and has access to the terrace via a small staircase. The apartment is very generous overall. Ich, Alisa suche vom 01.04 bis zum 30.09. eine Untermieterin für mein WG Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und bekommt durch zwei Fenster jede Menge natürliches Licht. Da die Fenster zur Terrasse raus gehen, ist es dennoch geschützt und hat über eine kleine Treppe direkt einen Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr großzügig. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC. Die Küche ist relativ neu und hat eine schöne Holzarbeitsfläche. Im Flur haben wir uns eine gemütliche Sofaecke eingerichtet, die super zum gemeinsamen Filmeschauen und Beisammensitzen ist.
Das Highlight ist definitiv die Dachterrasse, die über den Garagen des Hofes liegt. Im Sommer haben wir sie intensiv benutzt, unser eigenes Gemüse angebaut, oft gegrillt und eine Sofaecke aus Paletten gebaut.
