Das Zimmer befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Einfamlilienhauses. Es ist frisch renoviert und hat auf dem gleichen Stock ein eigenes WC und eine eigene Dusche.
Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht in den Garten sowie den nahe gelgenen Wald. Die Mitbenutzung des Gartens ist möglich und ein Autoabstellplatz kann dazu gemietet werden.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 Gehmiuten vom Haus entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Velo 5 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Kunsteisbahn und der Start eines Vita Parcours im schönen Wald. innerhalb von ca. 10 Gehminuten hat es 2 Quartierläden mit einem guten Sortiment. Ins Zentrum der Altstadt sind es 20 Gehminuten.
Wir sind eine Familie, die Eltern und der jüngste Sohn. Wir sind alle berufstätig. Abteil im Kühlsch- und Vorratschrank ist vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockenraum sind im Keller. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig.
Das WG Zimmer ist sehr gut geeignet für Leute, welche für die Zeit eines Praktikums, einer Assistenz, einer Stage eine temporäre Unterkunft suchen.
