Dein Zimmer hat 14qm und liegt im 1 Stock. Du hast ein schönes helles Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Hof und die Natur. Es ist mit Eichenparkett und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Ein Auto ist ein muss. Es ist ein Neubau in idyllischer Alleinlage am Waldrand. Es zählt zur Gemeinde Adlkofen und ist mit dem Auto ca.7 min von der Hochschule Landshut entfernt. Und ca 10-15 min zur Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von verschieden Supermärkten, Metzger, Bäcker oder diverse Restaurants in ca.5 Fahrminuten erreichbar.
Ich bin deine Mitbewohnerin. Zu mir: ich bin 22 Jahre alt, studiere an der HAW Landshut. Hobbies sind reiten, lesen, verreisen. Auf dich wartet eine Wohnung mit Bad (Dusche und Badewanne) , Gäste WC, Waschraum/Abstellkammer und allgemeiner Wohnraum mit neuer Küche (inkl Thermomix;)) zum mitbenutzen und natürlich dein eigenes Zimmer.
Du solltest:
- ordentlich und nett sein
- unternehmungslustig
- kein Problem mit Tierhaaren haben ( Wir haben Hühner, somit auch jeden Tag frische Eier, evtl kommt noch eine Katze ins Haus und ich habe ein eigenes Pferd welches aber nicht am Hof selbst steht, die Wohnung ist und bleibt „Pferdefrei“)
