Hallo liebe Mitmenschen
Nachdem meine (Ex-)Freundin ausgezogen ist, wohne ich nun in einer sehr schönen, gut geschnitten 5 Zimmer-Wohnung und suche auf diesem Weg nach einen coolen Mitbewohner. Ich bin Sebastian, 34 Jahre alt, arbeite bei Marbeton als Mädchen für alles, Hobbys sind im wesentlichen Kampfsport, Gym, Lesen und Meditieren. Musik am liebsten Metal. Ansonsten bin ich meistens gut drauf und nur schwer aus der Ruhe zu bringen.
Baujahr 2020, Südbalkon, fast neue Küche, Garage + Stellplatz. Wohnzimmer ist und bleibt fernsehfrei.
Mit sehr guter Anbindung zur A96. Falls es noch Fragen gibt, Interesse besteht oder ihr jemanden kennt, einfach eine Nachricht an mich.

Wenn du auch eher ein ruhiger und gemütlicher Typ bist und die Aufgaben meiner Exfreundin übernimmst, wäre es perfekt. Meine sind Waschen, spülen, Wischen und Müll.😊
