Suche Mitbewohner(in) in Altenburg. Weil sichs so in altenburg besser lebt. ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig + hat schöne Atmosphäre. Haus Jugendstil. zentral. Bin 41, Schauspieler am Theater, easy going. lebe gern nicht allein, aber der Modus ist verhandelbar. Koche gern, socially, ziehe mich aber manchmal auch zurück.
bei der Grösse der Wohnung ist auch Ruhe kein Problem.
Die Wohnung hat grosse Küche mit Balkon und super Espressomaschine (der beste Kaffee in Altenburg), Waschmaschine im Bad, Gästezimmer (für temp. Mitbewohner) und ein Wohnzimmer.
Dein Zimmer hat eigenen Balkon, Stuck. Alle Zimmer Laminat.
ich habe Erfahrung mit Zusammenwohnen und so gut wie keine schlechten Erfahrungen. Kennenlernen ist gut, wenn Du Anfänger oder unsicher bist, kein Problem.
