Hallo,
Wir suchen für eine WG auf dem Land ca. 15km nordöstlich von Regensburg 1-2 neue Mitbewohner_innen.
Wir mieten in einer Gemeinschaft aus mehreren Parteien seit ca. 6 Jahren ein großes Grundstück zwischen Donaustauf und Altenthann mit altem Bauernhaus, Scheune, Acker, Wiese und Garten. Im Haus sind insgesamt drei Zimmer wovon momentan eines im Erdgeschoss bewohnt ist und wir für die anderen beiden im 1 OG. Mitbewohner_innen suchen.
Das Haus ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig aber mit Zentralheizung und Holzofen.
Wir suchen: 1-2 Leute, motiviert in einer Gemeinschaft zu leben und auch mitzuwirken.
Wir bieten: 2 Zimmer (17m² und 13m2 ) mit Potenzial, Natur direkt vor der Tür, Möglichkeit sich zu entfalten, Möglichkeit einer Beteiligung an einer Werkstattgemeinschaft, Möglichkeit einer Beteiligung am Gemüseanbau jeglicher Dimension.
