Es wird das komplette Dachgeschoss vermietet. Es sind 2 Zimmer . Die Zimmer sind hell und mit einem neuen Echtholzparkett ausgestattet. Die Holzdecken sind mit einer weißen Lasur behandelt, so dass alles sehr hell und freundlich wirkt.
In jedem Zimmer ist ein Dachfenster vorhanden.
Die WG ist auf 2 Etagen + DG verteilt. Jede Etage verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und eine Küche. Die Hauptküche (Wohnküche) befindet sich auf der 1. Etage.
Das Highlight der WG ist die ca. 40qm große Dachterrasse
super zentral und denoch ruhig am Paradeplatz gelegen. ca. 300m zum Marktplatz
ruhige WG mit zum Teil Berufstätigen und aktuell 2 Studenten.
