Come and live with us in our beautiful canal house overseeing the Oudezijds Voorburgwal in a bright, sunny room, available from around mid January 2025 (possibly earlier). The room is situated on the top floor of the two-story apartment (top floors of the house) with a view over the old city centre. Our house is about a minute away from the Dam square. The room is about 12-13 square meters and has high ceilings with lots of storage space and beautiful monumental beams (the pictures speak for themselves). The recently renovated house has two bathrooms and a cosy and also very sunny living room with a modern kitchen overlooking the canal.
You will share the apartment with us, Caspar and Ben, 36 and 44 years old. Ben works at the university in the humanities as a lecturer at the University and Caspar works in IT. We both like discussing politics and culture, music, festivals and playing different instruments. Caspar is also into bikes, Ben also enjoys cooking (we're both vegetarian).
We are looking for a friendly and responsible roommate who is nice to hang out with and partakes in the common responsibilities of living together. The rent is 900 all inclusive. We can't offer registration at the address at the moment.
