PhD student looking for a home

Hi!
I am Clara. I am coming to Amsterdam for my PhD at UvA. That means I’ll be working and out of the house during the days. When I am home, I am happy to cook a meal together, play some games or have a cleaning party but I also appreciate and respect alone and down time. I am not big on parties and going out but I know to cherish a nice glas of something. When not being home or at work I enjoy exploring new places, going to the opera and to concerts and going to the gym or doing yoga. I also enjoy to sing in choirs and would love to pick up lessons again, so it would be great if I could sometimes practice at home.
I don’t smoke and don’t like people to smoke inside, but I am fine with whatever you want to smoke outside the house. I don’t have pets but a long distance boyfriend. He won’t come by often but it would be cool if he could stay with me when he does.
