Ich biete eine Untervermietung des freien möblierten Zimmers in meiner Wohnung, Bad und Küche kannst du gerne mit benutzen. Wenn du Interesse hast, lass uns telefonieren - und danach ein Treffen vereinbaren. Das Zimmer ist noch frei und kann ab sofort gemietet werden - auch wenn der Übergang erst nach dem 1. März stattfinden sollte.
Ich bin unter der Woche nur abends zu Hause und am Wochenende auch oft weg und im Allgemeinen recht umgänglich. :-)

50m von unserem Haus entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der ein Bus nach Markt Schwaben und ein anderer Bus nach Poing fährt: Von dort fährt die S-Bahn nach München. Leider fahren die Busse relativ unregelmäßig - man muss hier also schon planen. Manchmal kann ich dich vielleicht auch mal mit dem Auto abholen, aber das wird nicht immer gehen.Zum Einkaufen gibt es in Anzing Möglichkeiten (Rewe und Lidl) , außerdem gibt es 2 Restaurants und eine 2 Tankstellen.
Ich bin am besten tagsüber erreichbar, aber abends geht teilweise auch.
Ich wohne in der Wohnung bisher alleine, mein Sohn ist ab und zu hier - normalerweise jedes zweite Wochenende.
Die Gegend ist wirklich ruhig, die Nachbarn sind freundlich - es handelt sich wirklich um ländliche Idylle. Eine gute Jogging-Route ist vorhanden.
Ich möchte keine laute Musik und bitte nur Nicht-Raucher!
