1 wunderschönes möbliertes WG-Zimmer plus Eingangsraum (als begehbarer Kleiderschrank möglich, siehe Fotos) in großer 140 m² Wohnung, kpl. ca. 17 m², unmittelbar neben Dom. Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Stadtzentrum, da das Zimmer zu einem kleinen Park (Garten) hinaus liegt!
Große Küche und großes Bad zur Mitbenutzung, sowie separate Toilette!
WLAN vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und teils neu möbliert, ab 02.01.2025 zu vermieten.
P.S.: Ich lebe alleine in der Wohnung und suche ruhige Mitbewohner.
Sehr ruhige Innenstadtlage direkt neben dem Dom mit Blick in eine kleine Parkanlage! Die Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist nur ca. 50 m entfernt (Haltestelle Mozarthaus). Ein City-REWE befindet sich nur ca. 100 m entfernt, der Bahnhof ist bequem und schnell auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, sodass Berufspendler gute Verkehrsmöglichkeiten auch ohne Auto haben..
Ich suche eine/n reife/n MitbewohnerIn ab 45 Jahre, gerne AkademikerIn, die/der ein gepflegtes Umfeld und Ruhe zu schätzen weiß. Ich habe keinerlei private Interessen, da ich selbst in einer festen Beziehung lebe.
