Sehr schönes, grosses WG Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon! Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet: grosses 160x200 Bett inkl. 2 Bettkästen, Matratze, Spiegelschrank mit Inneneinrichtung, superpraktischer Klapptisch mit zwei Barhockern, Kallax Regal-Schreibtisch-Kombination und sehr bequemer Bürostuhl. Ausserdem Schuhregal und Garderobe. Für den Balkon gibt es praktische Gartenmöbel.
Zum gemeinsamen Gebrauch haben wir alles: Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner im Bad. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Nespresso, Toaster, und sogar Smoothiemaker :) Du brauchst also selbst nichts mitbringen ausser Deiner eigener Bettwäsche.
Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett renoviert (neue Türen, neue Möbel, neue Ausstattung usw) und ist dementsprechend neuwertig.
Grosser gemeinsamer Kellerraum zur Lagerung sowie Fahrradkeller.
Der Preis ist warm inkl. Strom, Wasser, Müll usw. Internet wird organisiert und geteilt (15 EUR pro Person).
Very nice, bright & huge room with balcony!
Your room is completely equipped: huge 160x200 bed incl. 2 spacious drawers, mattress, wardrobe with mirror front and drawers inside, super-convenient folding table with two bar stools, Kallax shelf-desk combination, very comfortable swivel chair, shelf for shoes and coat rack. Of course the room contains furniture for the balcony.
For shared use the flat offers: dish washer, micro wave, washing machine incl. dryer, plates, pots, pans, toaster and smoothie maker :). You don't need to bring anything with you except of your bed clothes.
The flat has been completely renovated in 2019 (new doors, new furniture, etc.).
Shared cellar room for storage, dedicated room for bicycles.
The price includes additional costs such as electricity, water, garbage aso. Internet is organized and split among all (15 EUR per person)
Toplage mit guter Verbindung zur Uni, Königsplatz und Hauptbahnhof (alles über Tram 3 zu errreichen). Haltestelle für Tram ist Haunstetten West P+R. Dorthin geht es per Bus 25 (Haltestelle "via Claudia" direkt vor Haustür) oder ca 10 min zu Fuss (https://avv-augsburg.de/fahrtauskunft/). Falls Du Auto hast: die Strasse hat direkten Anschluss an die B17 (Ausfahrt "Haunstetten Süd").
Sehr gute Infrastruktur in Laufweite (< 10 min): Supermärkte, Cafés/Bäckereien, Biergärten/Restaurants (z.B. Haunstetter Hof, Bobs), Drogerien, Apotheke, Friseur.
Freizeit: Naherholungsgebiet Siebenbrunn, Stadtwald. Diverse Sportmöglichkeiten (Fitnessstudio, Tennis/Badminton/Squash, Eishalle, Naturfreibad). 10 min mit Bike zur WWK-Arena (FCA).
=> Good connection to university, Königsplatz and main station (Hauptbahnhof) - all reachable via tram 3. Tram stop is Haunstetten West P+R. You can get there by bus 25 (bus stop "via Claudia" in front of the house) or take a 10 min walk (https://avv-augsburg.de/fahrtauskunft/). If you have a car: Inninger Str has direkt access to B17 (exit "Haunstetten Süd").
Very good infrastructure within walking distance (< 10 min): supermarkets, coffee shops/bakeries, beer garden / restaurants (e.g. Haunstetter Hof, Bobs), drug stores, pharmacy, barber shop.
Close to park/local recreation area Siebenbrunn, Stadtwald, lots of sports facilities closeby (gym, tennis, ice hall, open air swimming pool, bike station). 10 min by bike to WWK-arena (FCA soccer).
Deine Mitbewohner sind Alain (28) und Charan (28). Wir schätzen freundschaftliches WG-Leben (z.B. gemeinsam kochen, ausgehen), aber auch gegenseitige Freiheit.
Ob Du Student oder berufstätig bist ist egal, Hauptsache Du bist unkompliziert, zuverlässig und schätzt dies auch an anderen.
Falls Du Raucher bist - das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist wegen Rauchmeldern (diese sind Pflicht) und aus Rücksicht auf andere nicht erlaubt.
