Das WG-Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus. Insgesamt gibt es im ganzen Haus nur drei Wohneinheiten und eine Gewerbeeinheit im
EG. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat zwei Fenster nach Süden/Osten.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 41), die im 15-Minuten-Takt zum Königsplatz fährt.
Die Tram-Haltestelle „Fachoberschule“ (Linie 3) ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort kommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zur Universität oder ebenfalls zum Königsplatz.
Bisher waren wir eine ganz entspannte 3er-Männer-WG. Dennis hat IT studiert und Klaus studiert noch Lehramt. Unser gemeinsames WG-Leben war weitgehend unkompliziert und grundsätzlich hat jeder seinen eigenen Rhythmus.
Gerade ist die Wohnung unter uns nicht vermietet, so dass es insgesamt sehr ruhig im Haus ist.
Aktuell teilen wir uns einen Internetvertrag, was zusätzlich nochmal 10€ im Monat sind.
Die 400€ stellen die Gesamtmiete dar; es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an. Eine Kaution wird nicht verlangt.
