I'm Charly, I'm 22 and I'm training for the event manager at the Parktheater in Augsburg. I should mention that my working hours are sometimes a little wild, which means that I have to come home at night or work at weekends. That's why I'm here in the week and in the morning.

Also in my spare time I deal with events and especially festivals. At two festivals (Modular and Singoldsandfestival) I also volunteer all year round. Specifically, this means many evening appointments either somewhere on site or online, especially in the months of March to September.

To balance, I like to be in my room too, listen to podcasts (Kaulitz Hills) or watch series and read my social battery. However, I am always cooking and enjoying a good cup of coffee - both like in society. : Besides, I try to go to yoga, but come too rarely...

Also important to say is that I am not a party mouse... specifically that I have most Augsburg clubs more often with light, seen for any orga meetings, than to party clashes 😅. My fellow human beings can of course like to celebrate, so I'm usually out and on WG parties with us or chaos in the kitchen, because you came home late at night drunk, I don't have a bock. At concerts at the Jazz Club, canteen, balloon factory, Soho Stage, or so I am full again. 🥰

From the Community, I wish to have a good relationship and sometimes nice discussions. A "all can, nix must" approach would be perfect.
It is also important to me that it is openly communicated and that criticism is not immediately in dispute.

I don't smoke and don't want to surround myself with it, so smoking and ciffs are a No Go for me.

Besides, it should be clean and tidy, clearly everyone takes that differently. If communication fits, you can find a good measure together.

Ich heiße Charly, bin 22 und mach grade ne Ausbildung zur Veranstaltungskauffrau im Parktheater in Augsburg. Ich sollte erwähnen, dass meine Arbeitszeiten manchmal etwas wild sind, was heißt, dass ich ab und zu nachts nach Hause komm oder an Wochenenden arbeiten muss. Dafür bin ich dann mal unter der Woche und Vormittags da.

Auch in meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich viel mit Events und vor allem Festivals. Bei zwei Festivals (Modular und Singoldsandfestival) arbeite ich auch ganzjährig ehrenamtlich mit. Konkret heißt das viele Abendtermine entweder irgendwo vor Ort oder online, vor allem in den Monaten März bis September.

Zum Ausgleich bin ich dann gern auch mal einfach in meinem Zimmer, hör Podcasts (Kaulitz Hills) oder schau Serien und lad dabei meine Social Battery auf. Ich bin aber auch immer wieder am Kochen und genieße gerne ne gute Tasse Kaffee - beides gerne auch in Gesellschaft. :) Außerdem versuch ich zum Yoga zu gehen, aber komm viel zu selten dazu...

Auch noch wichtig zu sagen ist, dass ich keine Feiermaus bin... konkret heißt das ich hab die meisten Augsburger Clubs öfter mit Licht an, für irgendwelche Orga-Treffen gesehen, als zu Party-Zwecken 😅. Meine Mitmenschen können natürlich gerne feiern gehen, da bin ich nur dann meistens raus und auf WG-Partys bei uns oder Chaos in der Küche, weil ihr spät nachts besoffen heimgekommen seid, hab ich keinen Bock. Bei Konzerten im Jazz Club, Kantine, Ballonfabrik, Soho Stage oder so bin ich wiederrum voll dabei. 🥰

Von der Gemeinschaft her wünsch ich mir ein gutes Verhältnis und ab und an schöne Gespräche. Eine "alles kann, nix muss" Herangehensweise wäre perfekt.
Außerdem ist mir is wichtig, dass offen kommuniziert wird und Kritik nicht sofort in Streit ausartet.

Ich rauche nicht und will mich damit auch nicht umgeben, also Rauchen und oder Kiffen ist für mich ein No Go. (Jedem das seine, aber meins is es nich).

Außerdem sollte es sauber und ordentlich sein, klar jeder nimmt das anders war. Wenn die Kommunikation passt, kann man ja zusammen ein gutes Maß finden.

Über eine Nachricht und eine Einladung in euer bescheidenes Heim würd ich mich ganz doll freuen. :)
