The flat is currently under renovation (new bathroom, kitchen, doors, floors, painting), but will look very similar to the layout on the picture.

3 rooms out of 5 are still available. All rooms will be completely furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe aso. For shared use the flat will offer all that you need - washing machine, dishwasher. Things like plates, cups, toaster aso will be organized as well. The flat has a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet. A modern-styled kitchen welcomes you.

High speed internet will be organized centrally and costs will be shared (15 EUR per person).

Very good connection to public transport: 3 minutes by foot to tram station "Pfersee". From there tram 6 takes you to Augsburg Hauptbahnhof (main station) in 7 minutes. The house is next to a bicycle road ("Fahrradstrasse") where bicycles have priority over cars. Wertach river is closeby (800m) - very convenient to do sports or enjoy the nature.

The flat enjoys a very good infrastructure with restaurants (e.g. Indian & Greek restaurants) & snack bars, several supermarkets, many bakeries, drugstore.
