Bei uns wird in Lechhausen ein Zimmer frei. Dein schönes 25 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 120 qm großen WG. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, einen Laminatboden und einen Balkon. Durch die große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch saniert - Erstbezug nach Sanierung. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche 160x200cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl ausgestattet.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Putzfrau, Internet, Strom, Kalt- und Warmwasser enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.

We have a room available in Lechhausen. Your beautiful 29 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway.
The room has two large windows, laminate flooring and a balcony. The large windows make the room very bright.
The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be shared.
Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair.
We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning products are included in the rent.
The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, cleaning lady, internet, electricity, cold and hot water. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

The Curtiusstr tram stop, just a 2-minute walk away, offers optimal connections to the public transport network. You can reach the main train station in around 20 minutes by tram. You can also quickly get to Munich or Stuttgart via the motorway connection (Augsburg-Ost exit on the A8).

Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.
We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not obligatory.
