ich habe ein Zimmer (ca. 17m²) mit Bett, sowie einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch in einem Einfamilienhaus in Axams für das Wintersemester 2022 zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist z.B. für Erasmus-Studenten geeignet.
WC, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Garten stehen zur gemeinsamen Benützung zur Verfügung. Ebenso gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. 1x in der Woche wird das Bad, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche von einer Putzfrau gereinigt. Als Gesamtmiete ist ein Betrag von monatlich € 400 samt Betriebskosten, Internet, Fernseher, Reinigungskraft, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Strom und Heizung zu zahlen.

I have a room (approx. 17m²) with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk to rent in a family house in Axams for the winter semester 2022. The room is suitable for e.g. Erasmus students.
Toilet, bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden are available for shared use. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Once a week the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen are cleaned by a cleaning lady. The total rent is €400 per month, including operating costs, internet, television, cleaning staff, washing machine, tumble dryer, electricity and heating.
Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus innerhalb von 15min zu erreichen. Der Bustransfer erfolgt alle 15min. Axams liegt im westlichen Mittelgebirge mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge. Zudem ist Axams nur 10min von einem großen Ski- und Wandergebiet entfernt (Axamer Lizum).
Von meinem Haus ist die Bushaltstelle, der Supermarkt, die Post, ein Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, eine Konditorei, ein Hallenbad mit Sauna und ein Bäcker nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. 20 Meter von meinem Haus entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Auto kostenlos auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz zu parken.
Innsbruck can be reached by bus within 15 minutes. The bus transfer takes place every 15 minutes. Axams is located in the western low mountain range with a fantastic view of the Karwendel mountains. In addition, Axams is only 10 minutes away from a large skiing and hiking area (Axamer Lizum).
The bus stop, the supermarket, the post office, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pastry shop, an indoor swimming pool with sauna and a bakery are only a 5-minute walk from my house. 20 meters from my house is the possibility to park a car for free in a public parking lot.
