Du bekommst mein möbiliertes Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Zimmer behalte ich. Wohnzimmer ist genug Platz zum Lernen/Arbeiten. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Bad neu renoviert.
zwei Balkone

Vom Bahnhof Bad Bergzabern kommt man gut nach Karlsruhe und Landau. Es gibt auch eine Direktverbindung mit dem Bus nach Landau.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist dementsprechend ruhig was den Verkehr abgeht.
Stellplatz oder Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann dazu gemietet werden.

Ich gehe beruflich ins Ausland, werde also nicht anwesend sein. Nur für zwei Heimatbesuche werde ich mal da sein, und muss gelegentlich mal paar Dinge rausholen.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und neu hochwertig eigerichtet. Demnach ist mir ein ordentlicher Umgang mit der Wohnung und Möbeln wichtig. Weder Tiere noch Rauchen (auch nicht Balkon) erwünscht.
