Hi,
A furnished room is available from 01.01.2025, in the heart of Rhine Valley called Bad Honnef close to Bonn. Most of the people in WG are the students of IU Bad Honnef, professionals are also welcomed. The house is located in a very central location close to IU University campus, city center of Bad Honnef at at walking distance, Restaurants, Cafe, Bar are also available. The house has 3- floors, each floor has own Toilet & Bath shared by only 2- People.
In addition, there is a lot of nature close to House like hiking tracks, Rhine River etc.
The WG has also dining area, Terrace and bicycle place. The washing machine and Radio bill is also inclusive in the Rent.
Last but not least, in front of House there is a bus stop which leads to train station RB and U-bahn station U66 towards Bonn approx 50 min including waiting time. The frequency of U-Bahn is quite good every 20 mins.
Appointments are possible in the evening after 18:00.
