Nachdem meine Tochter ausgezogen ist, ist die Wohnung (insgesamt 82 m2) für mich (58) und meinen kleinen Fips (4,Terriermischling) zu groß geworden. Daher biete ich ein Zimmer (ca. 20 m2) zur Miete an.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bad Schwartau, OT Rensefeld. Fußläufig ca. 10 Min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Gute Busanbindung nach Lübeck. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse.
