Hello there,
The room is located on the second floor of a newly renovated old house.
Downstaris is enough room to store a bicycle.
The room is nicely lit and is pretty cozy. You can use one of the two kitchen‘s that are available in the house and there‘s a bathroom used by two people upstairs.

The house is nicely located. It‘s 8 minutes walking distance away from S-bahn station and from there it takes 30 mins to arrive in the city center of Frankfurt. There are Edeka, Rossman, Tedi and etc. in a shopping center that is 5 minutes by walk.

We are a functional WG and everyone is pretty busy during the week.
Right now we are 7, but you will only come to contact with the three other people who live upstairs. We value eachother‘s privacy and take care of the shared spaces on a daily basis.
Although there is no cleaning schedule, we respect the time and effort everyone put to clean just enough for others to be comfortable using the spaces. The only ongoing schedule is for cleaning the floor of the hallway which we normally do one a month.

We have two beautiful cats as housemates as well. Lucy and Lenny, are both pretty social and kind. Please don‘t apply if you don‘t like cats.
