Die Wohnung hat 5,5 Zimmer (4 Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer), Küche, Bad und seperates WC. Sie liegt am Berg, sodass vom Parkplatz ein paar Stufen erklommen werden müssen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 12m² groß, hat einen Korkboden und ein Fenster zum Balkon. Es ist unmöbliert und zur Zeit wird es von uns als Wäsche- und Gästezimmer benutzt.
DIe Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rand von Baiersbronn in Richtung Freudenstadt. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 15-20 MInuten zu erreichen; ein Penny und ein Bäcker sind ca 500m weit weg. Ein Döner und eine Kneipe sind auch gut erreichbar
Wir sind 3 junge Männer (24, 25 und 27) und suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unser viertes Zimmer in unserer WG. Diese besteht seit September 2015 und wir sind mittlerweile ein gut eingespieltes Team.
Wir sind alle drei arbeitstätig (Elektroniker, Maschinenbauer, Schreiner), sodass das WG-Leben hauptsächlich abends stattfindet. Am Wochenende wird dann auch mal zuasmmen gefrühstückt oder gekocht.
