In unserer 3er WG wird ein schönes helles Zimmer frei. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und bietet somit viel Platz, auch für Sport und hat 2 große Fenster. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, was aber kein Problem ist, da meistens wenig Verkehr ist und wenig Lärm eindringt.
Im Sommer bleibt das Zimmer schön kühl und im Winter lässt es sich gut aufheizen.
Für das Bett (mit Lattenrost und Matratze), der Schreibtisch und das Regal über dem Bett wird ein Abschlag von 200 Euro fällig. Teppich und Kleiderstange stehen auch zum Verkauf, müssen aber nicht zwingend übernommen werden.
Wir wohnen im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Garten, Kellerabteil und eigener Waschmaschine.
Unsere Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht (inkl. Spülmaschine).
A nice, bright room is available in our 3-person shared apartment. It is square in shape and therefore offers plenty of space, even for sports, and has 2 large windows. The room faces the street, but that's not a problem as there is usually little traffic and little noise.
The room stays nice and cool in summer and can be easily heated up in winter.
A deduction of 200 euros is due for the bed (with slatted frame and mattress), the desk and the shelf above the bed. The carpet and clothes rail are also for sale, but do not necessarily have to be taken over
We live on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a garden, cellar compartment and our own
Washing machine.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for life (including a dishwasher).
Die WG liegt 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof entfernt, 10 Gehminuten zu Lidl, Aldi und Rewe, sowie auch zum Unistandort an der Feldkirchenstraße (Feki). In 20 Minuten ist man in die Innenstadt gelaufen - mit dem Fahrrad schafft man es aber auch in 5 Minuten. Vor dem Haus gibt es Fahrradständer, teurere Räder können aber auch gerne im Keller abgestellt werden.
The shared apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station, a 10-minute walk from Lidl, Aldi and Rewe, as well as the university location on Feldkirchenstrasse (Feki). You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes - but you can also do it in 5 minutes by bike. There are bike racks in front of the house, but more expensive bikes can also be left in the basement.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene und offene WG, die gerne mal kocht, manchmal von zu Hause arbeiten oder das schöne Wetter im Garten genießt.
