Ich bin Bewohner einer Dreier WG und werde zum 01.09.2019 ausziehen.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter. Die WG liegt im 2. Stock, (3 Etage) in der Hildener Straße 1 in Bamberg Nord.
Ca. 1,9 km Entfernung zur Stadtmitte und zur Uni.
Die Miete ist mit 350 € warm relativ günstig.
Zu diesen Kosten kommt noch der eigene Stromanteil ca. 30,- € und anteilig Internet mit 12,50 €.
Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 18 m² groß und hell. Meine beiden anderen Mitbewohner sind ca. 25 und 30 Jahre alt und eigentlich kaum zu hören.
Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer eine Küche und ein Abstellraum. Natürlich hat jeder der beiden Mitbewohner sein eigenes Zimmer.
Momentan bin ich wieder in meiner Heimat in der Nähe von Stuttgart weil Semesterferien sind.
Ich kann aber jederzeit nach Bamberg kommen nach Absprache und wir können dann das Zimmer anschauen.
