Tolle doppelstöckige Penthouswohnung mit wunderbarem Blick vom Balkon.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade eben erst komplett renoviert.
Insgesamt gibt es vier Zimmer, zwei Doppel- und zwei Einzelzimmer.
Die beiden Bäder teilen sich die Mitbewohner jeweils, ebenso wie die brandneue Küche.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben einer gemütlichen Couch noch ein Arbeitszimmer.
4 Gehminuten von der Metrostation El Coll, La Taixonera entfernt ist die Wohnung toll an die grüne Linie angebunden, die alle wichtigen Stadtteile miteinander verbindet.
In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants.
Wir versuchen stets bei der Auswahl der Mitbewohner darauf zu achten, dass sich ein angenehmes und aktives Miteinander einstellt.
Wir wollen explizit keine Zweck WG sein und akzeptieren ausschließlich Mitbewohner im Alter zwischen 20 und idealerweise 35, in begründeten Ausnahmen 40 Jahren.
Idealerweise bist Du Student oder Praktikant und willst mit den Mitbewohnern die Stadt kennenlernen.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten.
Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
Mindestmietdauer sind drei Monate.
