es handelt sich hier sicherlich um eine der besten Wohnungen, die man in Barcelona finden kann. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und ca. 18 qm groß mit BALKON. In der Wohnbung wohnen derzeit ich mit zwei Mädels und ein Typ. Bei Fragen kontaktiert mich bitte vorzugsweise via Whatsapp. Ich habe auch ein Video von der Wohnung das ich Euch gerne zur Verfügung stelle.
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1.2. bezogen werden.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral an der Gran Via zwischen Placa Catalunya (5 Gehminuten), Placa Universitat und Place Espana (5 Gehminuten) gelgen. Die Metrostation Urgell befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Zusätzlich gibt es hier zahlreiche Bushaltestellen und der Flughafenbus (Aerobus) hält einen Block entfernt. Ein Auto ist insofern nicht notwendig sondern völlig überflüssig.
Es ist eine Wohnung in Top Citylage mit Top Wohnqualität, keine Partywg.
Putzfrau ist vorhanden:-)
