28 year-old ZF engineer looking to live like a local in Barcelona :)

I'm a 28 year-old engineer and digital strategy lead at the global German company ZF Group (ZF.com). We recently added a new data science office in Poblenou, hired our local experts, and now it's time to find an apartment as I transfer here from Bavaria. ZF has me in a hotel in the city center, so apartment visits are easy. :)
I speak Spanish, German and English, so feel free to repond in the language of your choice.

I'm very athletic (volleyball, ski instructor, dance, weight training, scuba diving, running, etc.), love exploring this planet, intellectual conversations, and have extensive experience working & studying in the local region, Spain, Germany, France, and the U.S. I would like to find a flat where I can truly appreciate, learn from, and integrate with a local neighborhood here.
