Klassischer sanierter Altbau im Zentrum der Stadt.
Das Zimmer ist innenliegend (Innenhof). Das heißt, es ist gut beleuchtet, aber es gibt keinen Straßenlärm. Es ist auch sehr privat und ruhig, weil unsere Zimmer an der anderen Seite der WG ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, 20 Sekunden zu Fuß von Parallel Haltestelle.
Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte in der nähe. Shopping
Man kann bekannte Orte besuchen von die Wohnung:
- zu Fuß: Las Ramblas (11min), Gothic Viertel (11 min), Born Viertel (20 min), Plaza Cataluña (15min), Aerobus Haltestelle (15min)
- mit dem Bus oder metro: Passeig de Gràcia (11min), Sagrada Familia (12min), Barceloneta (20min)
In der WG wohnt ein Paar aus Spanien. Wir sind sauber, ordentlich und sympathisch. Wir können Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und Katalanisch.
