Es ist ca. 18 qm gross mit altem Parkettboden, bietet einen Balkon auf die ruhige Seitenstrasse sowie zwei Schränke im Gemeinschaftsraum zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Das Badezimmer wird geteilt mit zwei Mitbewohnern.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Innert 5-10 min zu Fuss sind der Bahnhof SBB, Zoo, Schützenmattpark und Barfüsserplatz erreichbar. Tram 1,6 und 8 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

In unserem schönen Jugendstillhaus leben derzeit 5 altersgemischte Menschen von Anfang 40 bis Ende Fünfzig. Wir teilen uns einen schönen Garten, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche mit allem was man braucht und Waschmaschine und Trockenraum im Keller. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral, siehe Lage.
Hunde oder Katzen können leider nicht mit einziehen.

A room will become available from mid-march in our shared house in the Bachletten neighbourhood. It has 18 square meters and features a balcony to the street. With it come also two cupboards, the room costs 930 CHF all inclusive.
From mid-april a second room will be available, see our second ad.

Currently we are 5 People in their 40ies and 50ies living in our beautiful house. We share a beautiful garden, living room, dining room and Kitchen. The washing machine and drying room are in the cellar. The house is very quiet but also central, you can walk in 10 minutes to SBB and Barfüsserplatz. Also Tram 1, 6 and 8 are very close. Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats or dogs in the house.

If you like to share your home with many people, if you are respectful, kind and respect cleaning plans, and if you like sometimes time for yourself, this is your room.
