I would be moving out in March, so there will be a room available in our cozy two-person apartment. The room is already furnished (closet, bed, desk, and office chair). If you'd prefer to bring your own furniture, this can be arranged with the landlord. A particularly attractive feature is the private balcony access from the room – ideal for relaxing outside in the summer. With its southern exposure and large windows, the room is bright and inviting even during Bayreuth's gray winter months.
About the apartment: In addition to the private balcony, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet with a sink. There is also a storage room for anything that shouldn't be kept in the room.
Date for moving in is flexible between March 1 to April 1.

Ich ziehe im März aus, daher wird in unserer gemütlichen Zwei-Personen-Wohnung ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl). Wenn du lieber eigene Möbel mitbringen möchtest, kann dies mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden. Besonders schön ist der private Balkonzugang vom Zimmer aus – ideal zum Entspannen im Sommer im Freien. Durch die Südlage und die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer auch in den grauen Bayreuther Wintermonaten hell und einladend.
Zur Wohnung: Neben dem privaten Balkon bietet die Wohnung eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie ein separates WC mit Waschbecken. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum für alles, was nicht im Zimmer aufbewahrt werden soll.
Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel zwischen dem 1. März und dem 1. April.
