Das Zimmer ist das Einzige der Wohnung, das nicht zur Bismarckstraße, sondern zum Innnenhof ausgerichtet ist. Dadurch bekommt es zwar weniger direkte Sonne als die anderen Zimmer, aber ist auch ruhiger und durch die zwei großen Fenster trotzdem sehr hell. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung den Luxus von zwei Klos, was bei vier Menschen manchmal sehr praktisch sein kann, eine Badewanne, eine große Küche mit Couch, einen geräumigen Flur und einen schönen Balkon, der von der Küche abgeht. An der Küche ist auch noch eine kleine Speisekammer, im Keller ein WG-Abteil und im Hinterhof kann man entspannt das eigene Fahrrad abstellen.
Dementsprechend gibt es alles, was Du brauchst, solltest du aber noch Umgestaltungsideen haben, sind bisher alle offen dafür gewesen.
Ich würde gerne meinen Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Regal und Schubladenfach im Zimmer lassen für einen Abschlag von 60 Euro. Das können wir aber auch nochmal individuell besprechen. :)

The room is the only one in the apartment that does not face Bismarckstraße, but the inner courtyard. This means it gets less direct sunlight than the other rooms, but it is also quieter and still very bright thanks to the two large windows. Apart from that, the apartment has the luxury of two toilets, which can sometimes be very practical for four people, a large kitchen with a couch, a spacious hallway and a nice balcony off the kitchen. There is also a small pantry next to the kitchen and a shared room in the basement. Accordingly, there is everything you need, but if you have any ideas for redesigning, everyone has been open to them so far.
I would like to leave my desk, clothes rail, shelf and drawer compartment for documents etc. in the room for 60 euros. But we can also discuss this individually :)
Das Haus ist in der Bismarckstraße und mit dem Bus ist die Uni leicht zu erreichen. Im Stadtkern ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller. Außerdem ist man richtig schnell in der Natur, am Mitselbach, im Wald etc. Es gibt verschiedene Buslinien, die ganz in der Nähe fahren und dich eigentlich an die wichtigsten Punkte bringen.

The house is on Bismarckstraße and the university is easy to reach by bus. The city center is a 15-minute walk away and even quicker by bike. You can also be in the countryside really quickly, at the Mitselbach, in the forest etc. There are various bus lines that run nearby and take you to the most important places.
Da neben mir auch Miri im April auszieht, werden zwei Zimmer frei und dadurch wird sich auch das Zusammenleben neu einspielen. Solltest du noch eine andere Person kennen, mit der du gerne zusammenwohnen möchtest, schreibt uns gerne ne Nachticht.
In der Wohnung bleiben Leon und Smilla. Leon wird Lehrer, Smilla Friseurin.
Bei Leon steht gerade sein Staatsexamen an und deshalb ist er primär an seinem Schreibtisch oder der Kaffeemaschine anzutreffen. Das wird sich aber auch bald wieder ändern. Er spielt in seiner Freizeit Lacrosse und teilt gerne sein Wissen zum Sport. Außerdem ist er gerne für Spieleabende und Football Schauen zu haben.
Wenn Smilla von Puppenköpfen redet, meint sie keine creepy Puppensammlung, sondern übt für ihre Ausbildung Dauerwelle, Schnitt etc. Ansonsten arbeitet sie manchmal im Hansls und ist öfter mal bei nem Bierchen in der Stadt anzutreffen. Sie ist eine sehr entspannte und lustige Mitbewohnerin und zelebriert die Kaffee-Kippen-Kombo an ihren freien Tagen auf unserem Balkon.

As Miri will be moving out in April, two rooms will be free and so we will be living together again. If you know another person you would like to live with, please write us a message.
Leon and Smilla will stay in the apartment. Leon is going to be a teacher, Smilla a hairdresser.
Leon is about to take his state exams, so you'll mainly find him at his desk or at the coffee machine. But that will soon change again. He plays lacrosse in his spare time and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the sport. He also enjoys game nights and watching football.
When Smilla talks about doll heads, she doesn't mean a creepy doll collection, but practicing perming, cutting etc. for her Ausbildung. Apart from that, she sometimes works at Hansls and can often be found having a beer in town. She is a very relaxed and funny flatmate and celebrates the coffee and cigarette combo on our balcony on her days off.

Eventuell wird das Zimmer schon zu Anfang/Mitte März frei. Das klärt sich voraussichtlich in der nächsten Woche. Da ich den halben März auf jeden Fall nicht hier sein werde, aber evtl. noch meine Möbel im Zimmer stehen lasse, wäre auf jeden Fall ein früherer Einzug möglich, solltest du aus deiner Wohnsituation raus müssen.

The room may become available at the beginning/middle of March. This will probably be clarified in the next week. As I won't be here for half of March in any case, but may leave my furniture in my room, it would definitely be possible to move in earlier if you have to leave your living situation.
