Das ist ein helles Zimmer mit einer großer Fenster und gute Heizung. Es ist schon total möbliert, Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kleidungschrank und ein kleiner Schrank. Das Bett ist ein Doppelbett mit Matratze und der Tisch ist sehr groß. Die Kosten für alle Möbel ist etwa 150 Euro. Mehr darüber können wir in einer Besichtigung besprechen.
1 Minute zu Fuß an Bushaltestelle erreichen. 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni. Es gibt ein Radweg direkt zur Uni. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Netto, Rewe und Bäckerei. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Real. 5 Minuten mit Bus oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Innenstadt.
Mitbewohnerinnen sind 3 Chinesen und 1 Deutsche, alle Studentin an der Uni. Bayreuth, also hoffe ich, dass ich auch eine Nachmieterin finde.
Die Küche und Bad sind groß. In der Küche gibt es 2 Kühlschrank und Ofen. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und hier gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.

This is a bright room with a large window and good heating. It is totally furnished, bed, table, chair, wardrobe and a small closet. The bed is a double bed with mattress and the table is very large. The cost of all furniture is about 150 euros. We can discuss more about this in a visit.
Location
1 minute walk to the bus stop. 6 minutes by bike to the university. There is a bike path directly to the university. 5 minutes walk to Netto, Rewe and Bakery. 10 minutes walk to Real. 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot to downtown.
Flat share life
Roommates are 3 Chinese and 1 German, all students at the university. Bayreuth, so I hope that I can also find a new tenant.
Others
The kitchen and bathroom are large. In the kitchen there are 2 refrigerators and an oven. Bathroom and toilet are separate and there is also a washing machine.
