Das Zimmer ist 20,8 m^2 groß und hat zwei große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und müsste daher komplett eingerichtet werden. Außerdem gibt es ein Bad, extra WC und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine etc.
Die Lage ist optimal. Zum ZOH sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni 12 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte wie Rewe, Netto, DM die alle ungefähr 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 3er WG mit 2 Jungs.
Kai ist 25 und macht seinen Master in Sportökonomie. Michi ist 25 und macht aktuell seinen Bachelor in BWL.
Beide sind sehr offen und eigentlich für jeden Spaß zu haben. Außerdem machen sie beide gerne Sport, Kochen zusammen und trinken abends auch gerne mal ein Bierchen. Ihre Zimmertüren stehen immer offen aber wenn du Zeit für dich brauchst, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem :)
Im Mietpreis sind schon alle Nebenkosten inbegriffen, außer das Internet und die GEZ Gebühren. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kellerabteil, Dachbodensbteil ist alles vorhanden.
