Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Schön, dass ihr euch für das Zimmer interessiert und bei der Beschreibung angekommen seid :)
Als erste wichtige Info für euch, bei uns in der Wohnung kann man nur wohnen, wenn man studiert, da es eine Sozialwohnung ist und man das bei der Stadt nachweisen muss. Wir freuen und über Bewerbungen von Frauen :)
Nun zum Zimmer :) Das Zimmer ist durch die zwei großen Fenster sehr lichtdurchflutet und bleibt auch im Sommer sehr angenehm, da es nach Norden zeigt.
Durch den relativ quadratischen Schnitt, kannst du das Zimmer nach belieben einrichten. Dabei würde ich die größten Möbel gerne im Zimmer lassen. Dazu zählen der Kleiderschrank, das Bett, der Schreibtisch und der Schreibtischstuhl. Falls du nicht alles davon benötigst, finden wir auch dafür eine Lösung :)
PS: In der angegebenen Miete sind schon alle monatlichen Kosten inbegriffen :)

Important note, you must be a student when living here since it is an apartment in social housing. Lookibg forward to applications of woen :)
The room is flooded with light thanks to the two large windows, but still not too warm in summer as it faces north.
Due to the relatively square cut, the room can be furnished as desired, although I would like to leave the largest pieces of furniture here. This includes the closet, the bed, the desk and the desk chair. If you don't need all of it, we'll find a solution for that too :)
As I have finished my Master's degree, we are looking for a new tenant from March.
PS: All monthly costs are already included in the stated rent :)
Wir befinden uns direkt zwischen der Uni und der Stadt. Zu Fuß sind es ~10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum, 3 Minuten zum Hofgarten oder ca. 5 Minuten zum Röhrensee. Auch zur Uni kommt man zu Fuß in circa 10 Minuten, oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Auch zu den Bushaltestellen ist es von uns nicht weit. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen den 3 Haltestellen Stadtwerke, Herderstraße und Mühlhofer Stift, sodass man auch unkompliziert mit dem Bus überall hin kommt.
Ansonsten gibt es eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt Rewe, eine Apotheke und eine Bank.
Die Wohnung ist also wirklich zentral gelegen :)

We are located directly between the university and the city. It takes ~10 minutes to walk to the city center, 3 minutes to the Hofgarten or about 5 minutes to the Röhrensee. You can also walk to the university in about 10 minutes, or 5 minutes by bike.
It is also not far from us to the bus stops. We are located right between the 3 bus stops Stadtwerke, Herderstraße and Mühlhofer Stift, so you can easily get anywhere by bus.
Also only one minute by foot is Rewe, a pharmacy and a bank.
So the apartment is really centrally located :)
Wir wohnen hier als drei Mädels zusammen uns sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch zusammen. Da ab März noch ein weiteres Zimmer hier frei wird, wird nur eine bisherige Mieterin in der WG bleiben, Asma.
Telma und ich sind mit unserem Master fertig und ziehen daher aus Bayreuth weg, eedhalb unsere beidne Zimmer frei werden. Asma macht ihren Master in Kulmbach und fängt ab April ihr 4. Semester an.
In der WG kochen wir gerne zusammen oder gehen zusammen weg und haben einen angenehm lockeren Umgang. Es wäre daher cool, wenn du auch Interesse an gemeinsamen Unternehmungen hättest. Wir empfangen gerne jederzeit Besuch und schauen dabei aber auch dass wir die anderen dsbei nicht stören.

We live here as three girls and mainly speak English together. As there will be another room available in March, only one tenant will be staying in the shared flat, Asma, as two of us will finish the master and leave Bayreuth. Asma is doing her Master in Kulmbach and will start her 4th semester in April.
We enjoy cooking and going out together and have a nice relaxed atmosphere. It would therefore be cool if you were also interested in doing things together. We are happy to receive visitors at any time, but also try to not bother the others with that.
