Die freien Zimmer haben Größen von etwa 12 bis 16 qm. Gemeinschaftsräume sind in Summe ca. 100 qm: ein großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer und eine Küche (Einbauküche inkl. Spülmaschine; 3 große neue Kühlschränke). Es gibt 3 Bäder mit Dusche und/oder Badewanne und 4 separate WC. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Ein Garten und Hof ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Zimmeraufteilung im Haus:
EG: Küche, Ess-/Wohnzimmer, Bad, 2x WG-Zimmer, 2x WC, Abstellraum
OG: Bad, WC, Abstellraum, 5x WG-Zimmer
DG: Bad, WC, Abstellraum, 5x WG-Zimmer
65 Euro Nebenkosten pauschal für alle Kosten, z.B. Heizung, Strom, Internet, Wasser, GEZ etc.
Kaution: 3x Monatskaltmiete (1.200 €).
Mindestmietdauer ist ein Jahr.
Ein schneller Internetanschluss/WLAN ist vorhanden (175/40 Mbit/s).
Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt zentral im Stadtteil St. Georgen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Rad 1 min entfernt (Lidl, DM, Bioladen, Bäcker, Döner, SPK ...)
Eine Bushaltestelle (3 min) und eine Bahnhaltestelle (1 min) sind nur unweit zu Fuß entfernt.
In ca. 15 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad bei der Uni, mit dem Bus sind es etwa 22 min.
