I am a 23-year-old Australian male who will be studying and working at the University of Bayreuth. Although I currently speak very little German, I am eager to learn. I am a non-smoking, non-drinking vegetarian, but I have no issue if my flatmates enjoy these things. I am easygoing, tidy, and considerate, ensuring that I keep shared spaces clean and organised. While I don’t party often, I do enjoy socialising, playing sports, and going on cultural excursions. I am also happy to contribute to household chores without complaint.
I am looking for a furnished room within a 15-minute bike ride to the university. Ideally, the accommodation would have a washing machine and a living room where I can socialise with others. I would appreciate having my own designated space in the pantry and fridge. A shower is all I need, and I don’t mind if there’s no TV.
