International Guest Researcher affiliated with the University of Bayreuth looking for a room until the end of February in Bayreuth

Hello,
My name is Eric, I am 29 years old, and I will be working as a guest researcher at the University of Bayreuth from October 5th, 2020 to February 28th, 2021 (5 months). I am looking for a room in a shared apartment (preferably furnished, with Wi-Fi, and ideally with a rent of up to 400 EUR, all inclusive). I will pay the rent for the entire period, but I will only be staying in Bayreuth for a few days a month. I am also happy to settle all the monthly rents at once upon signing the contract.

I am also open to subletting something in case you happen to be on exchange or away during this period. I am flexible with the start date of the rental, preferably as soon as possible, but it can also be from mid-October or even early November. I don't smoke and you may expect a sociable, respectful, and easy-going housemate.
