Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist groß und hell und ist auf den Fotos das, mit dem großen Sofa, welches dann in das kleine Wohnzimmer gestellt werden könnte. In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein großes Bad. Die Wohnung ist eine Durchgangswohnung mit einem großen Flur im Treppenhaus (siehe Bilder). Wahlweise könnte auch das kleine Zimmer mit 16qm (Wohnzimmer) vermietet werden. Außerdem befindet sich ein halbes Stockwerk unterhalb der Wohnung eine große Terrasse, die von drei Parteien genutzt wird.

Zu dem Grundstück gehört auch ein großer Garten. Wer diesen mitbenutzen möchte, muss auch helfen ihn zu pflegen. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und wird von allen drei Parteien genutzt.

Die Mitbewohnerin hat einen kleinen, süßen Hund namens Oscar. Eine Hundeallergie oder Angst vor Hunden wäre daher ein Ausschlusskriterium.
