I would like to sublet my current room as I have found another flat (with a living room :)). It's a two person flat share with Malte, a very nice 26 year old German guy (English or German required). The flat is located in Berlin - Adlershof, 1min from the tram stop "Wassermannstr". The Adlershof S-bahn station (S46-S8-S9) is a 10/15min walk or 1 tram stop away. The flat has two rooms, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining table. The bedroom is large (24m²) and I'm leaving my furniture (except for one of the two office chairs). 3rd floor without lift. No amneldung sorry. There's an Edeka next door open until midnight, which is quite convenient.
The room would be available from 19 or 20 October until 15 December (flexible). The idea is that I have to empty my room before leaving for Christmas as we are returning the flat before 1 January. According to my flatmate, there's no possibility of getting the flat back after that date. The rent is €700 a month all inclusive (negotiable if you're staying for a long time). No deposit for such a short period.
