Hallo, ich ziehe Ende diesen Monats aus und suche dringend einen Nachmieter. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex mit Fenster zum Innenhof, wodurch man überhaupt nichts mitbekommt von den lauten Straßen. Außerdem befindet sich auf dem Innenhof ein kleiner Spielplatz und genügend Wiese, um im Sommer ein wenig die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch befindet sich ein großer Lillienbusch gleich vor dem Fenster, man hat im Sommer also einen echt schönen Ausblick!

Die Wohnung ist renoviert und bietet alles was man so brauch: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner, Keller. Auch ist sie schon vormöbiliert, ein Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bett und Kommode sind schon im Zimmer drin, du kannst alles direkt loslegen! :)

Die Mitbewohner sind 23 und 24 Jahre alt. Jodokus studiert Industriedesign an der HTW und Moritz macht eine Informatikausbildung. Da die beiden viel unterwegs sind, gleicht es wohl eher einer Zweck-WG, aber das Zusammenleben ist super entspannt!
