hello, my name is Virginia and I am looking for a new housemate to share with me and another italian boy our wonderful house.
The house is 100m2, new apartment, 8 mins walking from the train station (sbahn) of Adlershof and 2 mins walking from Netto, Aldi and Lidl.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, both with showers.
The house is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, tv, two fridges, big sofa)
Me and the other housemate are both italian, bolth working in aviation (as a cabin crew and as a pilot) and both very clean and respecftful.
We are looking for someone to stay short term (from middle of january/beggining of february to end of march) but we are open to long term as well, just ask.
We are open to meet in person to show the house.
Rent is 693,95 euros monthly and 40,70 euros each for wifi and electricity.
The house is located 8 mins walking from the sbahn station, 2 mins walking fro Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Mcfit and Mcdonald, 15 mins walking from Kaufland and 10 mins walking from Dm and Edeka.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly
The flatmates are 2, both italian, both working in aviation (cabin crew and pilot) and both clean and respectful.
We do quite long early and late shifts and we need someone to respect our spaces and our quiet.
