The room is on the third floor, and is unfurnished. Additionally, the room has good natural lighting and is located facing the courtyard. Therefore, it is a rather quiet room and you can barely hear any outside noise. There are blinds on the window.
A bus 2 minutes away from the flat takes you either to Zoologischer Garten oder Friedrichstraße (with stops at subways, trains and trams). (bus 245)
Additionally, 5 minutes walking there is the bus 101 that takes you to Zehlendorf or Turmstraße.
Furthermore, the subway U2 and U7 are both in walking distance (max. 10minutes).
There are two female roommates in the age of 21-25. One just finished her apprenticeship and the other is studying law.
Both are very clean, and we have a cleaning plan with changing responsibilities for each week.
Both roommates are outgoing.
I am subletting my room from October 1st for 3 months. Possibility to take over the apartment after 3 months.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator located in Charlottenburg near the Spree. Across the street TU has a campus and other campus for TU are in walking distance. Furthermore, Universität der Künste and Berlin International - University of applied sciences is in walking distance.
It is a shared flat with 2 female roommates. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, 3 rooms and one balcony.
