Zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt und direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Mollstraße/ Otto-Braun-Straße, Du bist also bestens angebunden und kommst von hier aus problemlos überall hin.
Only a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz and directly at the Mollstraße/Otto-Braun-Straße tram stop, so you have excellent connections and can easily get anywhere from here.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Yuefei und Jinming, beide sind Studenten hier in Berlin und Potsdam.
Da das Zimmer nur für einen Monat verfügbar ist mach Dir keine Sorgen um das WG-Leben, so lange man sich freundlich, respektvoll und höflich begegenet, jeder hinter sich sauber macht und so die grundlegenen Regeln für gesellschaftliches einhält steht einem angenehmen Miteinander nichts im Weg :)

As the room is only available for one month, don't worry about living in a shared flat, as long as you are friendly, respectful and polite towards each other, everyone cleans up after themselves and follows the basic rules of social life, there is nothing to stop you from having a good time together :)
Ich ziehe aus unserer schönen kleinen WG am Alex aus und suche für Oktober jemanden zur Zwischenmiete, da der neue Nachmieter den Vertrag erst ab 01.11.2023 übernehmen kann.
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, gerade wenn Du viel arbeitest oder studierst ist es definitiv absolut ausreichend und vor allem von der Lage her perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und immer mal wieder kurz zu Hause vorbei zu kommen um z.B. doch nochmal eine Jacke zu holen ;)
Geeignet ist das Zimmer vielleicht vor allem dann, wenn es für Dich jetzt im Oktober auch mit der Uni oder Ausbildung los geht und Du noch kein WG Zimmer hast, aber von hier aus weiter schauen möchtest.
