Hello !
I’m renting my room in a WG for a few weeks in October (4.10-27.10). The dates are flexible and slightly extendable.
The price for that period is 580€.
The room: 22m2, with a desk, chair, bed, mirror and some storage. I moved in recently, so it's not fully inhabited yet but there's pretty much all you will need for a month. Smoking is not allowed in my room but you can smoke in the kitchen.
The flat: 130m2, 7 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
The location: Boddinstrasse, next to the U-bahn station Rathaus Neukölln.
About us: we are a queer FLINTA WG with two cats. We have a diverse background and treat each other with care and respect. Some people have been here for a long time, others are rather recent to the WG. Each month we have a Plenum to sit down and organise our co-living, go over points that require adjustment and speak about our needs. Food is mostly shared, but if you prefer to have your own things, you just need to say (and label) it :)
I will be in Berlin during that time so if you ever have a problem, you can reach me :)
This is a FLINTA only WG.
We are located on Boddinstrasse, only 10 minutes away from Sonnenallee and Weserstrasse.
The area is very well connected: U7, U8, M41, M43, 166, all under 10 minutes walking distance.
The Neukölln Arcade is just around the corner, where you can find Kaufland, Mediamarkt, an Apotheke, Rossman and shopping opportunities. There are also a Lidl and two Rewe nearby, as well as a DM.
Tempelhof is twenty minutes away by foot (6 if you cycle).
We are looking for someone respectful, friendly and FLINTA. It is important for us to keep this place a safe space.
