Hello veryone,
I am leaving Berlin for two months (15.10–15.12.2024, dates flexible) and look for someone who would like to sublet my room in the meantime. An "Anmeldung" is unfortunately not possible during this short stay. Any gender and age are welcome!
The apartment is a huge (180m2) and stunning Altbau in Schöneberg with 5 rooms, a huge living room, 2 bathrooms, and a separate kitchen. There is a shared office with a big desk (shared with only one person), where you are welcome to use my space while I am away.
Life with us is quiet and communal: we work, like to hang out sometimes but also live independently, and have no parties in the apartment.
The neighborhood is amazing, with lots of restaurants and cafes only a few minutes walk away.
