Our 25m2 room in a 120m2 apartment is an old Berlin apartment with high ceilings. It has two available bedrooms, a Loungeroom, a Kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony that can be used. We have a cat called Mai Mai.
The house is near buses, trams, and S & U bahn station Pankow. We are also close to the Pankow shopping centre and Schlosspark. Pankow backs onto Prenzlauerberg. It is a bit quieter here, but it is nice to get away from the city stress. It is easy to cycle into town, and it's about 25 minutes to Mitte with public transport. Supermarkets are about 700m away.
People are busy working and studying, working and studying, in and out. So it's quiet and relaxing.
The apartment only suits people who like cats and keep our four-legged friend company. Winter in Berlin is an exceptional treat. What’s more idyllic than sipping mulled wine, wrapped up in a parka, and seeing a European city decked in Christmas lights? So pretty.
