Da ich mindestens ein halbes Jahr auf Reisen gehe, wird in unserer Wohnung, die ich mit zwei anderen Mädels teile, ein Zimmer in der Nähe vom Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain frei. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich bis zu einem Jahr weg bin, sodass das Zimmer eventuell länger verfügbar ist. Wir suchen vorzugsweise eine weibliche Person, die das Zimmer für mindestens sechs Monate nimmt.
Das Zimmer/Wohnung:
• 25qm und möbliert (die Stange kann natürlich abgebaut werden)
• €700 all-inclusive (einschließlich Nebenkosten, Internet, Heizung, Strom)
• Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine
• Die Wohnung ist 105qm groß und hat einen Balkon
• In einer großartigen Gegend mit vielen Cafés, Geschäften und Parks in der Nähe
• 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor (U5) und zu Tramhaltestellen
• Kaution beträgt €500
Du wirst mit zwei entspannten Mädels zusammenleben. Wir halten die Wohnung sauber und mögen es, eine entspannte, positive Atmosphäre zu Hause zu pflegen. Wir suchen eine saubere und respektvolle Mitbewohnerin, die eine angenehme Wohnumgebung schätzt.

WG room sublet from 21.10. until end of April – with possibility to extend
As I’m going traveling for at least half a year, we have a free room in our flat with two others girls close to Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain. There’s a possibility I could be away for up to a year, so the room might be available longer. We’re preferably looking for females to take the room for at least six months.

You’ll be living with two easy going girls. We keep the flat tidy and like to maintain a relaxed, positive vibe at home. We’re looking for a clean and respectful female tenant who enjoys a nice living environment.
