The room comes fully furnished (the furniture can be a bit different from the photos). The layout of the furniture can be arranged how you like and also I will organize a desk and a chair. From the room there is direct access to the shared balkony which offers place to relax. The windows and the balcony are facing eastwards so if you are up early enough you can watch the sunrise!

The flat is located close to the SBahn station Neukölln but far enough so that you cant hear the trains. Only the traffic from Karl-Marx-Str. can be a bit noisy in the rush hours.

Hey there, I'm Tim and as my girlfirend has to leave the city for her work, I am looking for someone to share the flat with in the meantime. I just left my old WG at the beginning of the year and lived in WGs for the last 8 years so I bring plenty of experience with me. That's why I have some specific ideas about the WG life. As I left my party years behind me I prefer a more quiet life at home, especially during the week when I'm working (btw I'm working quite often from home). That's why I would also prefer someone who works during the week so that our lifestyles are kind of matching. In general I think communication and respect for the others are most important when living together and if you thnik the same, this is a match!

The actual ending date of the rental is not sure yet. Also the flat is in the fifth floor and there is no elevator. Und du kannst auch in deutsch schreiben! Happy to hear from you!
